YouTube Introduces Music AI Incubator With Universal Music

YouTube has taken a major stride in integrating Artificial Intelligence technology on its platform for a better user experience as far as music is concerned. The social media giant recently announced on their blog that they are currently working with top music professionals to be able to help them in building their Music AI incubator that will be able to produce high-quality music using artificial intelligence. For this purpose, they have collaborated with Universal Music to get access to artists who are currently working with them.

YouTube CEO Neal Mohan said about this development, “The incubator will help inform YouTube’s approach as we work with some of music’s most innovative artists, songwriters, and producers across the industry.” Experiments are being conducted by this team in Generative AI technology to bring this incubator to life in the near future. Parallelly, there is also a legal team supervising this project to ensure that there is no scope for deliberate or accidental cases of intellectual property theft in music in the process. YouTube is yet to reveal when they plan on launching Music AI.
