Most people tend to underestimate how much the temperature of your shower can affect your skin and scalp. While many people prefer showering in hot water, others tend to change the temperature depending on the season. But it is necessary for everyone to understand just how important shower temperature is for your hair; since they are not aware that showering in extreme temperatures can possibly cause hair loss. So, what is better for your hair – a hot shower or a cold shower?
