‘Welcome 3’ Release Date Announced

Producer Firoz Nadiadwala has finally shared updates on when he plans to release Welcome 3 on the big screen amidst high speculations. In a recent message on X, well-known film critic Taran Adarsh has confirmed, “FIROZ NADIADWALA LOCKS CHRISTMAS 2024 FOR ‘WELCOME 3’…. #WelcomeToTheJungle is the title of the third instalment of #Welcome franchise… Producer #FirozNadiadwala has decided to bring the family entertainer in #Christmas2024.” He further reminded the netizens that the very first Welcome film had released in 2007 Christmas as well.

However, many have expressed their disappointment over the exclusion of Nana Patekar and Anil Kapoor as their famous characters, Uday and Majnu, respectively. Instead, the makers have cast Sanjay Dutt, Arshad Warsi, Paresh Rawal, Disha Patani and Jacqueline Fernandez in the film. In positive news for the fans, Akshay Kumar is returning as the franchise’s lead in Welcome 3 after being replaced by John Abraham in Welcome Back. The first and second instalments of this franchise had both tasted commercial success, and its brand name, along with the return of Akshay Kumar as the lead, will provide a great head start for this upcoming film.
