US Presidential Elections 2024: Colorado Court Disqualifies Trump 

In a major update on the upcoming US Presidential Elections 2024, former President Donald Trump has been disqualified from the race in a verdict given by the Colorado court. The judgement was passed after a group of local voters raised the issue of Trump’s alleged incitement of his supporters in Capitol Hill in 2020 after the previous election. Trump was accused of obstructing the transfer of powers after a big group of his supporters stormed Capitol Hill after the election results were announced.

While this development may become a major shift in the US Presidential Elections 2024, Trump’s election campaign has challenged this decision by calling it ‘undemocratic’ and will appeal against this decision. Trump’s team has also called the incident at Capitol Hill a freedom of expression of the voters and stated that this decision is a ploy to run down his campaign. Donald Trump is deemed to be President Joe Biden’s likely rival in the US Presidential Elections 2024, despite the ongoing selection process of Republican candidates, which also features other promising names like Vivek Ramaswamy and Ron DeSantis.
