‘ The Mother ’ trailer starring Jennifer Lopez out

Jennifer Lopez is among the few pop stars in the United States who have also made a major impact on Hollywood with several hits to her name. Fans have been eagerly waiting to catch a glimpse of her upcoming action flick titled ‘The Mother’ ever since it was announced; and the actor-singer has obliged them by sharing its trailer on her Instagram profile with the caption, “VENGEANCE IS A MOTHER. Check out the new trailer for THE MOTHER starring Jennifer Lopez – coming to Netflix May 12.” 

Lopez, who has largely starred in romantic comedies in the past, will be seen in a whole new avatar in this movie. Joseph Fiennes, brother of world-renowned actor Ralph Fiennes will also be playing a key role in this film, which is centred around an ex-assassin protecting her estranged daughter after her life comes in danger. Jennifer Lopez will also be seen in another movie slated to release this year titled ‘Atlas’. Sime of her popular films include ‘Monster-in-Law’, ‘Parker’, ‘The Wedding Planner’ and more.
