India’s journey to the final started in New York, where they defeated Ireland, Pakistan, and the USA on challenging pitches. Adapting to Caribbean conditions, they included spinner Kuldeep Yadav, who played a crucial role in their victories over Afghanistan,

Bangladesh, Australia, and England. Captain Rohit Sharma noted the team’s ability to adapt as key to their success. However, Virat Kohli’s lack of form remains a concern.
