Swiggy Integrates Generative AI to Elevate User Experience 

Swiggy has officially welcomed Artificially Intelligence into their system for a more efficient user experience. The food delivery app aims at making its interface interactable for the users so that they can search for their desired products with ease. Swiggy’s CTO Madhusudhan Rao has stated that this feature will enable users to search for their food items using open-ended searches and receiving tailored suggestions without having to search with specific keywords. This integration has thus simplified the search process for the users without wasting any time in finding their desired product.


This Generative AI feature is expected to be launched by Swiggy in September, as per IANS. They are also working on using this technology to the advantage of restaurants and delivery partners. They will be easily able to engage with the customers regarding order queries for a quicker resolution. While the users will be able to communicate with the conversation assistant on WhatsApp, the restaurant owners will be able to do so on a separate app made for them.
