South-Indian cuisine: a savoury that is commonly available across the nation. A menu compiled with a variety of dishes, making it ideal for anyone to be satisfied with a wholesome feel irrespective of the hour of meal. Out of which, a few selective items became very popular amongst the non-southern societies, especially within the neighboring states. Today, we can find South Indian restaurants in almost every part of India; if not, then they’ll be at least available on the menu in most of the Vegetarian Restaurants.

Though many restaurants keep South Indian food items available, the question arises about the taste and authenticity of the dishes. By serving mediocrity, the cuisine gets moderated.
