Ram Janmabhoomi Security Tightened in Ayodhya

The entire nation has its eyes on Ram Janmabhoomi, where the historic Ram Mandir is being constructed. On the 31st anniversary of the Babri Masjid demolition, which falls on December 6, the state government has heightened the security in Ayodhya to take all precautionary measures. As a part of these measures, Ayodhya police are closely monitoring people moving to and from the city and making all security checks to make sure that no suspicious activities take place that can lead to any incident that can compromise law and order in the region.

Ayodhya SSP Rajkaran Nayyar shared updates on how several police teams have been put on high alert to keep the on-the-ground situation near Ram Janmabhoomi under control. They are also keeping an eye on social media to prevent any misinformation, as per ANI. “Our information system and social media team are active and alert in keeping a check on any information shared through such platforms. No one should try to spread rumours or create confusion. Overall, the police deployment has been made as per the requirement, with special focus on important places,” he said.
