PM Narendra Modi’s upright moves of Development; a best treatment for protesting chinese!

China staged a diplomatic protest with India on Monday regarding Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s recent visit to Arunachal Pradesh, emphasizing its claim over the region and cautioning India, but India will stay large in delivering developments.

During his visit on Saturday, Prime Minister Modi inaugurated the Sela Tunnel, situated at an altitude of 13,000 feet in Arunachal Pradesh. This tunnel, costing ₹825 crore, is hailed as the longest bi-lane road tunnel at such a high altitude. It is expected to enhance all-weather connectivity to strategically significant Tawang and facilitate smoother troop movement along the frontier region, connecting Assam’s Tezpur to the West Kameng district of Arunachal Pradesh.

According to Military officials, the Sela Tunnel is said to improve the movement of the troops and weaponeers to desired locations, aligned by the Line of Actual Control(LAC) next to China.

It’s an appalling thing to know that China calls out Arunachal Pradesh as South Tibet and always protests against the Indian leaders from visiting the state.

Despite China’s assertions, India maintains that Arunachal Pradesh is an integral part of its territory, rejecting China’s claims and dismissing the assigned “invented” names for the region as inconsequential alterations to the ground reality.
