Maintain a light and healthy diet

Because of that reason, menstrual pain creates a worse impact on women who don’t get enough sleep. It’s a must for all to get at least 7-8 hours of sleep.

Creating heat around your abdomen gives a soothing experience whenever you experience stomachache. Applying heat with a pad or a hot bottle of water helps your muscles to relax and get cramps under control. You can follow this practice at home or perhaps even at the office.   

Exercise daily

Although the discomfort they may experience while exercising during periods is understandable, working out releases endorphins in your body. This chemical provides relief in your body, which will thus help you cope with menstrual pain. You may very well choose the form of fitness you prefer, as long as it gives you enough exercise.
