Madhya Pradesh CM Mohan Yadav Makes his First Big Decision 

Madhya Pradesh CM Mohan Yadav recently took oath as the Chief Minister after BJP’s surprise decision to announce his name for the post. He has wasted no time getting to work as he has already announced his first big decision that will be implemented soon throughout the state. MP government has decided to ban loudspeakers in religious and public places. He has been an actively vocal Hindutva leader prior to his appointment to the post, and he thus took no time in announcing this decision.

Along with Madhya Pradesh CM Mohan Yadav, Vishnu Deo Sai also took oath as Chhattisgarh CM on the same day, whereas Bhajan Lal Sharma has been selected as Rajasthan CM and is expected to take oath soon, effectively replacing Vasundhara Raje from the spot. BJP has thus gained a strong advantage ahead of the 2024 Lok Sabha elections by winning the three Hindi heartland states and appointing new CM faces in all the states as a part of their long-term strategy.
