iPhone 15 Manufacturing to Begin in India Soon

Tech fans have been wondering if iPhone 15 manufacturing will take place in India, especially since the recent developments that took place when Apple CEO Tim Cook visited India. While he had officially visited to inaugurate Apple’s very first stores in India, he met with top government officials to make all necessary arrangements for the manufacturing of not just iPhones, but other Apple products to take place in India. A new report from Bloomberg now suggests that iPhone 15 manufacturing operations will soon begin in India.

Apple’s long-time manufacturing partner Foxconn will soon begin iPhone 15 manufacturing in their plant in Tamil Nadu. Along with Foxconn, Pegatron and Wistron, which will be acquired by the Tata Group, will also manufacture Apple products in India. Interestingly, PTI has reported that the production of Apple’s Airpods will soon begin in Hyderabad as well. This will collectively reduce travel costs and ultimately reduce the overall commodity cost as well. iPhone 15 will be launched all over the world in the coming month.
