Hindenburg Case: Gautam Adani Hails Supreme Court Judgement 

The Hindenburg case took the business world by storm after the report accused businessman Gautam Adani and the Adani Group of stock manipulation and accounting fraud, which served a big blow to the group’s shares. The accusation resulted in major losses for the group as well as the personal net worth of Adani himself. Adani Group has been pursuing this matter legally since SEBI launched its investigation. The Supreme Court noted in its recent hearing that SEBI has concluded its investigation on 20 out of the 22 matters on the group, who has received a clean chit on them.

Chief Justice Chandrachud also directed SEBI to conclude the remaining investigation in the next three months. Furthermore, the report by Hungarian billionaire George Soros-backed OCCRP group has also been discredited by Bharat’s top court. Gautam Adani hailed this judgement on the Hindenburg case saying, “The Hon’ble Supreme Court’s judgement shows that: Truth has prevailed. Satyameva Jayate. I am grateful to those who stood by us. Our humble contribution to India’s growth story will continue. Jai Hind.”
