Head Selector Ajit Agarkar to Meet Rohit Sharma, Rahul Dravid 

Head Selector Ajit Agarkar, who has recently taken charge of India’s selection committee, is set to meet coach Rahul Dravid and skipper Rohit Sharma ahead of the upcoming Asia Cup and the World Cup. Since Team India is currently on the West Indies tour, Agarkar will be making an unexpected trip to the country to hold discussions with Sharma and Dravid about the further course of action, as per PTI. An anonymous BCCI official has confirmed that Agarkar will be meeting them before India’s white-ball matches against West Indies begin.

The recently appointed Head Selector Ajit Agarkar hasn’t met Rohit Sharma and Rahul Dravid yet since assuming his post. He will not only meet the skipper and the coach but also the entire team management to discuss and map up their collective game plan for the world cup. After having suffered a major loss in the WTC final against Australia, Team India has bounced back by defeating their rival hosts West Indies by a huge margin in the first test. However, big changes are expected to be made in the squad for the upcoming world cup, which will begin in October this year and will be hosted by India.
