‘Don’t Travel from Air India after November 19’: Khalistani Separatist
Air India has received an open threat from Khalistani separatist Gurpatwant Singh Pannun, who has been on the radar of Bharat’s National Investigation Agency (NIA) for his active involvement in several terror activities. In a video circulating on the internet, Pannun has threatened passengers not to travel from Air India flights from November 19 onwards. In the video, he is seen specifically telling Sikhs not to board Air India flights from the mentioned date, as their safety would not be guaranteed as they are holding a ‘global blockade.’
Gurpatwant Singh Pannun, who is the chief of the known Khalistani group ‘Sikhs For Justice’, has also sent several other warnings to the Bharatiya community based outside the country. He had threatened Bharat’s diplomats and the Hindu community living in Canada to leave the country, along with threatening Prime Minister Narendra Modi himself. In a message to PM Modi, he cited the example of the ongoing Israel – Palestine conflict and said that a similar occupation is taking place in Bharat’s Punjab while also adding that the region will see a similar revolt. Bharat’s security agencies have been actively monitoring Pannun and Sikhs For Justice, as well as other active Khalistani outfits, in light of their increased aggression.
