Deepika Padukone gets candid on how husband Ranveer Singh has always been a rock-solid support  

Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh are known as one of the ‘power couples’ of Bollywood and are in the prime of their respective careers. Deepika is currently reaping success from her recent superhit film – Pathaan, opposite Shah Rukh Khan, which received a grand reception from the audience and created a box office storm. She has recently revealed in her interview with Time Magazine how Ranveer has positively influenced her life and career by ‘putting her first.’  

Padukone got candid on how getting married has not hampered her career in any way, saying, “Ranveer has always put me, my dreams, and my ambitions first.” She also added saying that she can truly be her “vulnerable self” when she is around Ranveer. Deepika Padukone met Ranveer on the sets of their film Ram Leela and they have been together ever since. They eventually tied the knot in 2018. They have also worked together in other hit films such as Bajirao Mastani and Padmaavat, which have all been co-incidentally directed by ace filmmaker Sanjay Leela Bhansali
