Here are a few camping destinations in India that you can explore even in these hot climatic conditions.

Tso Moriri Lake, Ladakh

Ladakh is fast becoming one of the most attractive tourist destinations in the country. The Tso Moriri Lake is the highest lake in the world which gets completely frozen during the winter. It is surrounded by breathtaking scenery, which will make your camping experience absolutely memorable. The tents here are electricity-friendly and thus provide an excellent tourist experience on a smaller budget.

West Ladakh Camp, Ladakh

Another well-known location in Ladakh, the West Ladakh Camp, has 20 acres of ranch and is situated quite close to the river Indus. In addition to the wonderful surroundings that nest migratory birds, this place is great for camping as you can make a pleasant trek to the Buddhist monasteries located nearby.

Sarchu, Manali

The Sarchu campsite is located on the Leh-Manali highway and is technically 220 kms. away from Manali. It makes an ideal overnight stay for travellers who are heading towards Manali, and its terrain also supports dining camps. This makes Sarchu one of the most underrated camping destinations in India, which must be explored.

Spiti Valley, Himachal Pradesh

The fame of Spiti Valley is gradually increasing as more tourists are being recorded with every passing year. It is 3600 feet above sea level, and its scenic beauty is a sight to behold.
