Bollywood Celebs Wish ISRO Ahead of Chandrayaan-3 Launch

Several Bollywood celebs have joined their fellow Indians in sending their wishes to Indian Research Space Organisation (ISRO) as it prepares to send Chandrayaan-3 to the moon. As the countdown to the launch begins, Akshay Kumar has wished ISRO scientists luck for this mission. Retweeting his own old tweet supporting ISRO after their previously unsuccessful attempt, Kumar wrote, “And the time has come to rise! Great luck to all our scientists at @isro for #Chandrayaan3. A billion hearts are praying for you.” 

Versatile actor Anupam Kher is another one of Bollywood celebs who hailed ISRO, saying, “India all set for its 3rd mission on the moon. Wishing our scientists at #ISRO all the very best for the launch of #Chandrayaan3 . झंडा ऊँचा रहे हमारा. जय हिन्द! @isro.” Ritesh Deshmukh also sent a heartfelt tweet saying, “Excited for the launch of #Chandrayaan3 -wishing our nations pride @isro all the best – praying for its success. #JaiHind.” ISRO will launch Chandrayaan-3 on July 14 from Sriharikota to explore the southern region of the moon, which will make India one of the few countries on earth to conduct extensive study and research of the moon’s south pole. This will bring about a big change in the space and energy sector.
