Bebe Rexha lost it over internal futility; Wrecks-up on G-eazy by posting harsh comments

Pop singer Bebe Rexha recently criticized rapper G-Eazy on her Instagram story, calling him a “stuck up ungrateful loser.”

Bebe Rexha shared a screenshot of a group chat where someone asked if she would collaborate with G-Eazy for some content in New York. In her story, Rexha addressed G-Eazy directly, suggesting he should have contacted her personally and accused him of mistreating her despite her contribution to his success. She wrote, “”@g_eazy, you have my number. Why don’t you text me and ask me yourself? You stuck-up, ungrateful loser. You’re lucky people like you again. Btw the answer is no. Hope you good.”” Rexha later deleted the post and clarified on X that her team had asked her to remove it due to its negative tone.

She expressed regret over taking it down, stating, “”Sometimes trauma can lead us to react that way, and that period of my life was traumatizing. I am writing this because I regret taking it down, and I want to say that I still stand by what I said.”” The two artists previously collaborated on G-Eazy’s hit song “Me, Myself and I” from his album “When It’s Dark Out.” The track became a major success, reaching No. 7 on the Billboard Hot 100. However, Rexha’s recent comments suggest ongoing tensions. This isn’t the first public disagreement between the two; in 2016, G-Eazy performed their collaboration with Britney Spears at the MTV Video Music Awards without informing Rexha, which she found disrespectful. Despite her frustration, she acknowledged being pleased to have taken a photo with Britney Spears. The recent outburst highlights unresolved issues between the former collaborators and sheds light on their relationship’s personal challenges and professional tensions.
