Ashok Chavan on the verge of Joining BJP; former Maharashtrian Cm after quitting Congress 

Based on the recent ministerial transitions with the post of CM in Maharashtra. Ashok Chavan, now former CM of Maharashtra, resigned from the Indian National Congress (INC). A source from his office claimed his possibility of joining the BJP, says the ‘X’ post of ANI.[Source link: https://rb.gy/fpwbyv X]. After Milind Deora and Baba Siddiqui, Ashok Chavan’s exit added to the high-profile discontinuations. Ashok Chavan added that he’d be joining the BJP and mentioned the timings as between 12 and 12:30, stating it as the beginning of his new political career.  

Since Ashok Chavan’s resignation, the probabilities have circled around several speculations. One was his earlier interest in a senior cabinet position in the Maharashtra government, and the second was opposition by the former CM of Maharashtra, Devendra Fadnavis, followed by possible outlining of solidification of congress peers within the BJP. Despite this, a Rajya Sabha seat awaits Ashok Chavan to meld into the BJP. On parting ways, Congress hasn’t seemed to be in a delighted posture. Ashok Chavan’s resignation letter concluded his served profile as an MLA and his political career.
