Double iSmart now streaming on Amazon Prime Video!

Double iSmart, a Telugu action sci-fi movie, is now streaming on Amazon Prime Video in India and over 240 countries

The film, written, directed, and produced by Puri Jagannadh, stars Ram Pothineni and Sanjay Dutt in lead roles, Sayaji Shinde, Kavya Thapar, and Bani J in pivotal roles. Prime Video has made this flick available to stream in Telugu, dubbed in Various South Languages. The movie was released on OTT under three weeks of its theatrical release, which failed to impress the audience due to poor writing and a weak storyline. The film follows the story of international drug lord Big Bull, played by Sanjay Dutt, who faces a setback due to a terminal brain tumour.

To fulfil his desire and expand his illicit empire, he resorts to a radical experiment by transferring his memories into a charismatic local thug, Shankar, played by Ram Pothineni. However, Shankar has his vendetta against Big Bull, and as their memories overlap, the lines between destruction and retribution blur, causing a showdown none could have imagined. The movie collected Rs 7.35 crore on its opening day in Telugu and Hindi combined but saw a fall in collections on the second and third day, collecting a mere Rs 1.5 crore and Rs 1.3 crore, respectively.
