Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse gains speed at the box office
Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse has shown a promising start at the Indian box office as it has crossed the Rs. 20 crore-mark on the fourth day of its release itself. The makers left no stone unturned for its commercial section in India by releasing it in English, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Gujarati, Marathi, Punjabi, as well as Bengali. India’s rising cricket star Shubhman Gill has also taken part in this venture by voicing the character of Indian Spider-Man Pavitr Prabhakar, which further helped in creating a stronger buzz around this movie.
Despite clashing with Vicky Kaushal and Sara Ali Khan-starrer Zara Hatke Zara Bachke, this film has put up a stellar performance in the first four days. Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse trails the journey of Miles Morales, who takes on a new threat of the multiverse. He faces a powerful team of other Spider-People who threaten the very existence of this multiverse, and he must fight them in order to protect innocents. This film is the sequel to Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse, which shows how Miles Morales found his powers and joined forces with his counterparts from the villains from other universes.
