Not wearing good shoes may cause back and foot injuries

People all over the world are adopting different ways to keep up their health and fitness – either by hitting the gym, doing Yoga, Pilates, CrossFit or simply going for daily walks. No matter which type of fitness mantra you choose for yourself, investing in good shoes is a must. While most of us hesitate while buying expensive shoes on the market, we must remember that they not only last for years, but they also protect you from back and foot injuries by giving your feet extra protection and boost.

Any cardio or weight exercise puts pressure on your back and legs in some or the other way since they collectively make up the core strength of your body. So, when you wear thick-soled shoes during your walks or workouts, those shoes absorb all the shocks that could have potentially resulted in back pain or foot pain. Furthermore, not wearing good shoes may cause major injuries depending on the intensity of the workout, especially in case of an accident. Thus, it is necessary to opt for soles with thicker heels, even if they are more expensive. Good shoes may cost a lot, but a serious injury will cost more.
